Upsun One-click Service

Upsun, formerly Platform.sh, is a cloud application platform. The Upsun one-click service adds a CNAME record that points www to your project’s CNAME target. It does not add a record for the domain apex.

Add the domain in Upsun first

In the Upsun console, add www.example.com to your project if it is not there yet, and copy the CNAME target Upsun shows for it. See Upsun’s steps to set up a domain.

Add the Upsun service

To add the Upsun service
  1. From the domain list, click the domain name.
  2. Click the tab on the left side.

  3. In the card, click , or if the domain already has a service.

  4. Click the tab, and click next to Upsun.

  5. In , paste the CNAME target you copied, such as main-abcd123.abcdefgh1234567.eu.platformsh.site.
  6. Click .

To send visitors from the domain apex to www, add a redirect with the DNSimple Redirector. To remove the service later, see Remove a one-click service.
