To register a .EU domain, you need to agree and be willing to comply with the additional terms and conditions:

  • Agree to the Registry Data Transfer Policy

    Agree to the Registry Data Transfer Policy

  • You must be one of the following:

    • An EU citizen, independent of their place of residence.
    • A natural person who is not an EU citizen, and who is a resident of a Member State.
    • An undertaking that is established in the EU.
    • An organization that is established in the EU, without prejudice to the application of the national law.

If your residential address isn’t based in the EU, you must select and self-declare your country of citizenship from the dropdown.
