The registry can ask you to prove your connection to the insurance community at any time. Anyone can also have your eligibility checked through a legal or out-of-court dispute resolution process.

.VERSICHERUNG is a highly-regulated TLD, so the requirements for highly-regulated TLDs in the Domain Registration Agreement also apply.

What can a .VERSICHERUNG domain be used for?
