Discount Codes

DNSimple occasionally offers promotional discount codes that provide a percentage off your first domain registration purchase.

How discount codes work

If you received a promotional signup link or discount code, enter it during account signup or on the payment page. When you register an eligible domain, the discount is applied to that line item on your invoice before payment is collected.

Eligibility and limitations

• Discount codes apply to domain registration only. They do not apply to renewals, transfers, subscriptions, or certificates.
• Each code specifies which TLDs it covers. The domain you are registering must match one of the eligible TLDs.
• Each code can be used once per account.
• Discount codes cannot be applied to premium-priced domain registrations.
• Codes are available for a limited time. If a code is no longer active, you will see an error when you try to apply it.

How discounts appear on your invoice

When a discount code is applied, your invoice shows the discount as a line item reduction on the domain registration charge. The discount column displays the amount saved, and the total reflects the reduced price.
